LMNL
A downloadable system
LMNL is a mental resolution mechanic for games to be played in your head when you are falling asleep (or whenever you feel like it). It is designed to be as simple as possible. No mental arithmetic, as few things as possible to remember or keep track of, accessible to as many bodymind-types as possible. Along with a few other tools, it provides a skeleton framework for adventures that take place in your mind.
The Core SRD and the Full version (complete with safety tools) are available for free. The Extended version contains ideas for alternate representations of the Core, more play examples that demonstrate the use of the safety tools and four authored stories to get you started playing. Also, spiffy new layout.
This work was inspired by Alfred Valley's Diedream, and Titanomachy's Caltrop Core

Sweet. What does LMNL stand for?
My guess is that it's a play on the word "liminal," which means to be in the in-between place.
bingo
Cool, thanks.
Love the simplicity of this. It’s really a virtue when the game is played without any materials. I’ll give it a go tonight.
